The Iris Standard, newsletter for the Toronto Region Iris Society, contains a variety of information about irises and iris events in and around the Toronto area. The newsletter is published six (6) times a year; Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec, and is sent to all TORIS members. For non-members, this web page provides an opportunity to examine our newsletter content.
Do you have a funny story to tell or an experience you’d like to share? Feel free to write an article for our newsletter. Everyone is welcome to contribute!! Materials submitted must be received by the 10th of the month prior to publication e.g. Feb 10th for the Mar/Apr edition. Submissions may be edited for style and clarity so don’t feel you have to be a ‘Pierre Berton’ to write an article. Photographs are also welcome, especially if they accompany an article.
